It’s finally here! We have received our New York State Paramedic Certification in the mail!! This means all the hard work and dedication our team has put in motion back in December has payed off. We currently have 3 paramedics on the roster and are looking for many more. We have a few items on the list to check of before we will be completely compliant but it will not be long. We will announce when we are fully operational and able to provide this highest level of care to our community. However, we are a volunteer agency and operate solely on each indiviuals devoted time so, the more you help spread the word that we need more members, the better we can serve you! Inquire about Membership Requirements and Incentives or JOIN NOW. Only 12 hours per month minimum!
Tri-Town welcomes for the first time in its history two fully cleared paramedics, Jon Fredrickson and Luca Quagliano. We’ve recently sent the paperwork to NYS for approval of the remaining medications we need to bring the community complete paramedic level care. We have another paramedic in the wings to be cleared as well, Stephanie Atwell, and we are actively seeking more.
This advancement along with our array of AEMT’s will allow us to help our surrounding communities as well by providing advance medical care when requested and available.
Our online application process has been a huge success since its launch last year. We see new applications coming in each month and it’s allowing us to quickly access out improved on-boarding process and training schedule. There is still some lingering construction dust but, we strive to make each members experience rewarding.
Tri-Town Ambulance is proud to announce we’ve once again raised our level of care from Advanced EMT to Paramedic! We are currently on-boarding 4 new paramedic members and are actively seeking more. This program is currently being structured.
Our Open House event was a huge success. We were able to share with the community what Tri-Town has to offer by showing them our newest equipment, Stryker bariatric stretchers and power loading system. Thank you to all who visited us and supported the department!

Recruitment Drive Winter 2014 was a huge success! In conjunction with our brand new website and online application process we gained three new volunteers! Each member must maintain a minimum of 12 hours per month to stay active with the organization. This means at least 36 more hours each month will have dedicated scheduled volunteers to help the community! YOU too can help promote our growth and JOIN NOW!
Come meet us at TOPS Friendly Markets located at 7134 Rochester Road on Saturday, December 6 from 10AM to 4PM. Our annual recruitment drive offers information to the public about what Tri-Town offers the community and incentives to join our family of members. We are always looking for volunteers to drive the ambulance and use your EMT skills if you are certified. Want to be certified? We will pay for your training! Ask to see a demo of our new powered patient cot loading system. Stop by and see us!
We’re moving up! Officially we have raised our provider level of care from Intermediate to Advanced. Our Advanced EMT’s had to go through a brand new course, hands on exams and testing to be certified to practice at this advanced level. Tri-town, in conjunction with our medical director and governing agencies, has made it possible for these volunteers to use their new skills in your community! We have some new equipment and material to purchase and some in-house training to be completed but we anticipate to be providing a better service to you, soon!
We have launched a new website that will be updated with information about our services, recruitment, opportunities to help, and any other community events.
Keeping the community informed is important to us!
Coming soon! Online application process
